Channel Partner easily deploys new UCx solution, helps Nortel Norstar customers evolve to a simple, secure Unified Communication architecture while retaining legacy Norstar T / M series digital phones to reduce their Total Cost of Ownership.
I just completed installation of my 2nd E-MetroTel phone system. Both of these installations took advantage of the ability to use the legacy Norstar phones, which reduced the overall cost of the new phone system.
At the same time, my customers were able to take advantage of a rich assortment of features which were not available on their prior legacy Norstar systems. For example, one customer needed the ability to record customer service calls, perform silent monitoring of their customer service agents, and see real-time status of customer service queues. All these were available on the E-MetroTel system, and were very easily set up.
My customers have been extremely pleased with the versatility of this system.
As an old Nortel guy, I really appreciate the features available to my customers. Programming through the user interface is totally new to me, but with the help of my E-MetroTel distributor, I've been able to meet all the needs of my customers.

I highly recommend the E-MetroTel phone system to anyone who is looking to take advantage of the many built-in features which are included with every E-MetroTel system. I'm looking forward to my next E-MetroTel installation!
