New UCX Wallboard Application Now Available
December 5th, 2013 - New UCx Wallboard solution now available. This new UCx Add-on application seamlessly integrates with the UCx Call Center solution and gives Call Center personnel the ability to instantly assess their call center operational performance at any given time. Supported on all UCx server platforms running the latest UCx 3.0 release, UCx Wallboard displays key performance indicators and statistics from the call operation among agents belonging to a certain queue. Key statistics include total calls answered, in waiting, abandoned, longest wait time, agent performance and more. Supervisors can more easily identify operational issues, address agent training needs and improve customer experience. Partners are invited to login to the partner portal to download the UCx Wallboard 1.0 release.
