Activate/Deactivate Pause
Queue agents can temporarily change their status to “Not Ready” and pause receiving calls from the queue.
To Activate pause

1. Dial *46 + QUEUE number 2. The system will announce that pause has been activated. |
For example, to activate pause for queue number 600, dial *46600. |
E-MetroTel XStim or InfinintyOne or Nortel phones with programmable Not Ready toggle key |
1. Press the programmed Not Ready key. 2. The display will show "Agent not ready". |
There is no need to specify the queue number. Pause is activated for all queues in which the extension is configured as a dynamic member. |

1. Press the Feature key followed by the feature code 902. 2. The display will show "Agent not ready". |
