Once you have finished entering and saving the desired quantities for each section of the quote tool and you have clicked the Quote Out button, you will be able to view a line by line listing of only the product codes you have included in your quote.

General Information

At the top of the screen you will see the following:

By default, the pricing shown in the Quote Out section is displayed as Reseller Price. (The pricing shown as you build the quote is MSRP.) To switch the Quote Out to MSRP, select the MSRP radio button.

The Customer Name entered during the quote building section is displayed, and the Quote is given a Order ID that can be used as a reference number for future retrieval in the system.

At any point in time, you may Print, E-Mail, or create a PDF of the Quote Out page. You may also download an Excel formatted spreadsheet containing all the quote data. A final option is to import the data into a customized Proposal.

The following is a sample Quote Out output. Each subsection of the quote is broken down to show One Time and Monthly prices associated with each line item.
