Call Recording (On demand)

On Demand Call Recording is configured by the system administrator on a per extension basis.

To Start/Stop Call Recording

To start recording:
1. Dial *1 .
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has started.

To stop recording:
1. Dial *1 .
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has stopped.

To start recording:
1. Click the Record button.
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has started.

To stop recording:
1. Click the Record button again.
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has stopped.
