CLID issues with PSTN trunks

If you are having Caller ID issues with your PSTN trunks, you may need special configuration for the driver. Perform the following steps to configure the driver: 

  1. Log in to the UCx Web based Configuration Utility
  2. Navigate to System -> PSTN Cards
  3. Go to the Settings section located at the top right corner of the page and click on Driver Settings
  4. Go to Other Driver Settings field and add the parameter cidsupport = 0
  5. Press the Save button
  6. You will need to reboot the system for the changes to take effect. Press the Apply Config pink bar and then reboot the system.

Important note: Make sure there are no spaces before or after the parameter name.
