Fax Queue

The Fax Queue page allows you to monitor the progress of fax transmission(s).

To monitor the progress of your fax transmission(s), perform the following steps:

Open the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility
From the Fax tab, select Virtual Fax
From the left side column, select Fax Queue

The Priority column represents the queue position and keeps increasing as you send faxes.

The Retries column shows the number of retries (for instance if the dialed number is busy).

To cancel a fax transmission, perform the following steps:

On the Fax Queue page, select the job you want to cancel
Press the Cancel Job button
Confirm that you want to cancel the job
