E-MetroTel provides full support to the products, applications and services delivered to the global market.  E-MetroTel solutions are sold and delivered to the market through our network of authorized and certified Reseller partners who are qualified and certified to sell, provision, install, upgrade, support and service E-MetroTel solutions.  End Users requiring services associated with their warranty or support contract for their E-MetroTel solution should contact their Reseller.

E-MetroTel Assurance Services for End Users acquired through their Reseller includes:

  • Assurance Support Services at Standard, Premium and Premium Plus levels which covers software and support
  • Assurance warranty Services which covers UCx hardware
  • Assurance Professional Services which are custom services proposed with an approved Statement of Work for specific End Customer requirements.
