Overview

The Username is used to login and also for @ mentions by other users. You can change your Name, Email and/or Username here if the Administration Account settings have allowed these changes.

Browser/Desktop Interface

1. Click on the account box (top left where your username and avatar are shown)
2. Select My Account
3. Select Profile
4. Modify the Name, Email and/or Username as desired.
5. Click on the SAVE CHANGES button

The change will take effect after you logout and log back in.

Mobile Interface - iOS

From the main Messages screen, select the Preferences icon  , then select your username.
Here you may change your profile name and password. When you have finished, select Save.

Mobile Interface - Android

From the main screen, select the Settings icon  , then select your username.

From the Profile screen, you can update your Name, Username and Email as desired.
Select the Save icon  at the top of the screen to save your changes.
