Login/Logout of Queue
If your extension is a dynamic member of a queue, then you have to login to the queue to start receiving calls from that queue.
To Login to a Queue

1. Dial *45 + QUEUE number 2. The system will announce that your extension has been added. |
For example, to login to queue number 600, dial *45600. |
E-MetroTel XStim or InfinityOne or Nortel phones with programmable Login/Logout toggle key |
1. Press the programmed Login/Logout key. 2. The display will show "Agent logged in". |
There is no need to specify the queue number. The extension is logged in to all queues in which the extension is configured as a dynamic member. |

1. Press the Feature key followed by the feature code 901. 2. The display will show "Agent logged in". |
