Misc Destination

Misc Destinations is used to create a destination to which you can route calls from another application.  When a call arrives at a Misc Destination, it will be routed to the number that is configured.

With the introduction of Feature Code Admin destinations, many of the Feature Codes can be directly accessed under destinations. Misc Destination can be used to access Feature Codes that are not available directly under Feature Code Admin destinations.

To add a Misc Destination, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility
  2. From the PBX tab, select PBX Configuration
  3. From the left side column, under Applications, select Misc Destinations
  4. Fill in all the fields and press the Submit Changes button
