DG - NTP Settings
The Network Time Protocol Settings page allows you to configure NTP settings used by the UCx Digital Gateway system.
To access the page, perform the following steps:
- Open the UCx Digital Gateway Web-based Configuration Utility
- From the System tab, select Network
- From the left-side column, select NTP Settings
Add NTP servers to the list box, one IP address or one host name per line.
Select the Defaults button to populate the list with default NTP servers.
Select the Save button to update the NTP configuration file.
Note: Internet connection is required if accessing public NTP servers.
If the UCx Digital Gateway is located in the same timezone as the UCx Server, then time can be obtained from the UCx Server. Enter the IP address of the UCx Server in the NTP Servers list box or click the Defaults button.
If the UCx Digital Gateway is located in a different timezone from the UCx Server, then configure public NTP Servers in the list box. If the gateway is not connected to the internet, then make sure the date and time is set correctly in the Date and Time page.
