With E-MetroTel and its partner reseller network, customers can rest assured their communication systems are in good hands.  With on-going support services that are backed by certified technicians and available options that extend beyond basic warranty to multi-year provisions, E-MetroTel customers have peace of mind with their Unified Communication investments.

E-MetroTel Assurance Support Services are available in Standard, Premium and Premium Plus options that include all software upgrades throughout the duration of the active Assurance Support Service contract. All hardware is covered by E-MetroTel replacement warranty.  Resellers are required to carry equipment stocking thereby ensuring prompt, reliable expedited equipment replacement.

Maintenance programs are available for deployed UCX systems and include remote technical support, unlimited support calls, software updates and hardware troubleshooting, replacement services, on-line tools and training and more.  In addition, whether you have a Nortel communications platform such as Norstar, BCM, Meridian 1 Option 11 or CS 1000, or applications such as Meridian Mail or CallPilot, Periphonics or Symposium Contact Center, E-MetroTel experts can help maintain, manage and maximize your investments.
