We looked at various replacement options and the Galaxy 250 stood out at the most sensible, cost-effective path forward. We were able to lower our costs by keeping our existing phones, and the built-in Find-me-follow-me and Extension-to-mobile UC features helped us be more available to staff and our community. The auto-attendant and IVR are simple to operate and the system is very reliable and easy to maintain, perfectly suited for our needs.
