Galaxy Pro, E-MetroTel’s enterprise-sized business communications platform, is designed to function as a standalone or networked on-premise server or a survivable gateway to a cloud service from E-MetroTel. The Galaxy Pro delivers comprehensive on-premise communication solutions for up to 300 users.
The Galaxy Pro hardware features a robust industrial design, ensuring durability and reliability. It includes a server card for processing and a single expansion slot compatible with the same line cards used in Galaxy Expand and Galaxy Express, offering versatile and scalable configurations.
Expandability
Galaxy Pro can be expanded to support a variety of analog trunks, PRI circuits, analog devices, and digital phones via Galaxy Express.
Simply connect Galaxy Pro to the Express chassis via an ethernet cable and you have access to all of the card supported by Galaxy Express.
Desktop Phones
Desktop phones include our full line of smart Infinity 5000 devices that feature 10, 8, or 4 buttons, touchless provisioning, shared call appearances. And you can easily move calls between your phone and mobile device.
We also support Digital and IP phones from many manufacturers such as Nortel, Avaya, Panasonic, NEC, Cisco, and more.
Mobility and Collaboration
Galaxy Pro supports two powerful options offered by E-MetroTel: Infinity 3065 and InfinityOne.
